Vendor Agreement

1. Vendor Eligibility

To become a vendor on DLSIN, you must provide accurate and complete business information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. DODDAPANENIGROUP LLC reserves the right to verify vendor information and reject or suspend applications that do not meet our standards.

2. Product Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for their product listings. This includes:

• Accurate and truthful product descriptions
• Correct pricing and availability information
• Authentic and appropriate product images
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., product safety, labelling)

Misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited listings may be removed, and vendor accounts may be suspended or terminated.

3. Order Fulfillment

Vendors must:

• Process orders promptly after payment confirmation
• Ship products within the promised timeframe displayed to customers
• Provide accurate tracking information when available

Failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner may result in penalties, account suspension, or termination.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the safety, quality, and compliance of their products. This includes maintaining adequate inventory, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to their listings. Vendors must comply with all applicable consumer protection, tax, and export/import laws.

5. Returns & Refunds

Vendors must maintain and clearly display their own return and refund policy. Vendors are responsible for processing return requests and issuing refunds in accordance with their stated policy and applicable law. DLSIN may mediate disputes between buyers and vendors but is not responsible for refunding orders on behalf of vendors.

6. Platform Fees

DLSIN may charge fees for using the platform. These may include listing fees, commissions on sales, and payment processing fees. Fee structure and amounts will be disclosed to vendors at the time of registration or in separate pricing communications. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Account Suspension

DODDAPANENIGROUP LLC may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Misleading or inaccurate product listings
• Failure to fulfill orders or meet shipping commitments
• Violation of marketplace policies or applicable law
• Abusive behaviour toward customers or DLSIN

8. Limitation of Liability

DLSIN acts only as a technology platform connecting buyers and vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by vendors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DLSIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vendor activities or buyer-vendor transactions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the vendor relationship at any time. Vendors may close their store and stop listing products. DODDAPANENIGROUP LLC may terminate or suspend vendor accounts in accordance with this agreement. Upon termination, vendors remain responsible for fulfilling pending orders and resolving any outstanding disputes.
